  1. Take Route 119 South (approximately 45 minutes).
  2. Take Route 51/Pittsburgh Street Exit.
  3. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Route 51/Pittsburgh Street.
  4. Follow Pittsburgh Street approximately mile.
  5. You will pass Fayette Tire (giant man statue).
  6. At stoplight, turn right onto North Mt. Vernon Avenue.
  7. At next stop light, continue straight through (Mt. Vernon Inn is on right).
  8. Go through next stop light.
  9. Continue mile.
  10. Workers Compensation Office of Adjudication (WCOA) is on left in a large brown building. Parking lot is to the side of the building (Gablers Drug store is across the street).

From PA Turnpike Donegal Exit:

  1. When on the PA Turnpike, take the Donegal Exit.
  2. Turn right onto Route 31 and travel approximately 6 miles.
  3. Turn left onto Route 982 (Ninos Restaurant on left) and travel approximately 10 miles.
  4. Turn left onto Route 119 South and travel through Connellsville to Uniontown, approximately 15 miles.
  5. Take Route 51/Pittsburgh Street Exit.
  6. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Route 51/Pittsburgh Street.
  7. Follow Pittsburgh Street approximately mile.
  8. You will pass Fayette Tire (giant man statue).
  9. At stoplight, turn right onto North Mt. Vernon Avenue.
  10. At next stop light, continue straight through (Mt. Vernon Inn is on right).
  11. Go through next stop light.
  12. Continue mile.
  13. Workers Compensation Office of Adjudication (WCOA) is on left in a large brown building. Parking lot is to the side of the building (Gablers Drug store is across the street).

From PA Turnpike New Stanton Exit:

  1. When on the PA Turnpike, take the New Stanton Exit.
  2. Take 119 South towards Connellsville.
  3. Stay on Route 119 South all the way through Connellsville to Uniontown (approximately 45 minutes).
  4. Take Route 51/Pittsburgh Street Exit.
  5. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Route 51/Pittsburgh Street.
  6. Follow Pittsburgh Street approximately mile.

  3. Before the entrance to the Ft.
  4. Pitt Tunnel, take exit to Route 51 South.
  5. Travel approximately 50 miles.
  6. (In Uniontown, Route 51 is also called Pittsburgh Street.
  7. When you are close to Uniontown, there is a shopping plaza on right.) Continue following Pittsburgh Street.
  8. You will pass Fayette Tire (giant man statue).
  9. At stoplight, turn right onto North Mt. Vernon Avenue.
  10. At next stop light, continue straight through (Mt. Vernon Inn is on right).
  11. Go through next stop light.
